Order processing, shipping and refunds
Due to a large volume of orders, our current estimated packing/processing time is 2 - 7 business days after the date of you placing your order (regardless of shipping method). Please consider these times before placing your order.
Orders are packed and dispatched in sequence, on business days only.
When we have fulfilled order and it has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation (usually after 4pm).
Your order may be sent in more than one consignment, depending on size, weight and destination.
Sweets Shoppe does not accept responsibility for:
- damage (including weather induced damage) to products during transit; and
- lost or stolen parcels which are not in our possession.
At checkout, we recommend that you select shipping with Signature on Delivery. Unless shipping with signature on delivery is selected, your parcel may be delivered to your nominated address without obtaining a signature and left unattended.
Shipping times are estimates only, which may vary depending on destination, especially to country and remote locations and do not include processing times.

Loose bagged lollies
To maintain freshness, lollies are bagged at the time of your order being fulfilled.
Ingredients for all loose bagged lollies are listed in the product descriptions.
Best before/consume by dates
Loose bagged lollies should be consumed within 6 months of purchase date to ensure freshness and quality. Lollies generally have best before dates of 9-12 months, unless stated on individual product listing.
Refunds are only permitted where required by Australian Consumer Law. "Change of mind" refund requests will not be accepted. A restocking fee of 40% of the total of the order, including shipping, applies.
If a parcel has been returned to us due to the delivery address provided being incorrect, full cost for the parcel to be re-sent must be paid within 5 business days. Refunds are not permitted.
